Educational Qualification:
I. MBBS with Public Health Post graduate Qualification (MPH/ PG Diploma in Public Health).
II. BDS / BAMS / BHMS / MSW / Master in social sciences/Para medical with Post graduation in Public Health (MPH/ PG Diploma in Public Health) from recognized institutions of UGC /AICTE.

Pay Scale:
INR
90,000-1,50,000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.
